AWE Early Literacy Stations

Did you know that the Granby Public Library has two AWE Early Literacy Workstations, in addition to our regular computers for kids -- but what is so special about these workstations?

The Early Literacy Stations (ELS) are computers for children ages 2-8, featuring over 50+ top-rated educational software programs spanning seven curricular areas, such as reading, math, science, phonics, music and more.

Kids are instantly engaged by an imaginative interface that includes touchscreen gestures and page-turning functionality. While having fun, they gain literacy skills that will put them on the path to a lifetime of learning and enhance school readiness.

Here are some of the great programs available to you and your child:

Between the Lions
Dora's World Adventure
JumpStart Phonics
MathBlaster 5-7
My Amazing Human Body
MusiCan 1; 2-3; 4-5

. . . and many more programs just as great!  So stop by the Children's Department of the Granby Public Library and find out more how your child can gain from the AWE Early Literacy Station today.
